
It was a thrilling and exciting Robotics competition, several teams have proven their excellence and dedication in the field. The VRC Awards and VIQC Awards have recognized the achievements of various teams, and we are proud to highlight their accomplishments.
VRC Awards,
Aquinas Aardvarks from Aquinas College, Ringwood, Australia received the Excellence Award. This award recognizes the team’s excellence in design, engineering, teamwork, and programming.
The Tournament Champions award, given to the team that has won the tournament and has proven to be the strongest in the competition, was awarded to two teams this year. The Piece for Piece team and [Lethal Presence] teams from Templestowe College, Australia, both proved their exceptional skills and teamwork in the competition.
In the VIQC Awards, the Excellence award was given to Speckled Frogs Robotics team from Glendal Primary School, Glen Waverley, Australia, recognizing their outstanding performance in the competition.
The Teamwork Champion award, given to teams that have demonstrated exceptional teamwork during the competition, was awarded to two teams this year. The Templestowe College team 3107F, and Speckled Frogs Robotics team from Glendal Primary School, 5010A, both proved their exceptional collaboration and communication skills in the competition.
The competition was hosted by Templestowe College, and we would like to express our gratitude to the college and their staff for their contributions and support in making the competition possible. We would also like to thank the judging volunteers from Boeing and Ford, as well as the support volunteers from in2robotics Alumni and EMU 5 for their time and effort in making the competition a success.
We would like to give a special note of recognition to Templestowe College for winning on their home turf, this is a great achievement and a testament to the dedication and hard work of their students and staff.
Once again, we would like to congratulate all the teams that have participated and have received recognition in the VRC and VIQC Awards, and we look forward to more exciting competitions in the future.
